Privacy

The short version

I only collect what I need to reply to you and make your artwork. I never sell or share your information for marketing, and this website uses no cookies and no advertising trackers.

The commission form

When you send the commission form, it collects your name, how to contact you (phone, WhatsApp or email), and what you tell me about the piece you’d like: subject, medium, size, budget, deadline and any message.

The form is delivered to my email inbox by a service called Web3Forms. I use your details only to reply to you and work on your commission, and I keep them only as long as I need them for that and for my own records of sales.

WhatsApp, Instagram and email

If you message me on WhatsApp or Instagram, or email me, those conversations happen on those services and follow their own privacy policies. Reference photos you send me are used only to make your artwork.

Visitor statistics

To understand which pages and artworks people look at, I use GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly counter. It doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t follow you across other websites, and doesn’t collect personal information. It records things like which page was viewed, which link brought you here, your general region, and whether a button such as “Enquire on WhatsApp” was tapped.

The site also remembers, on your own device only, whether you’ve already seen the opening animation on the home page, so it doesn’t replay every visit. Nothing about this is sent anywhere.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which, like all web hosts, briefly keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to run the site securely.

Your choices

You can ask me at any time what information I have about you, or ask me to delete it. Just email kejalkleanslate@gmail.com.
