Shipping and delivery

Within India

• Shipping is charged separately, at the actual courier cost for your address. It isn’t included in the artwork price, and I’ll confirm the amount with you in chat before you pay.
• I dispatch within 3–5 working days of payment, by tracked and insured courier. Commissions ship once they’re finished and paid for.
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 days after dispatch. I’ll send you the tracking number.
• You’re also welcome to collect your piece in person in Mumbai, by appointment.

Outside India

International shipping is available on request. Message me with your country: shipping is charged separately, at the actual courier cost, and I’ll confirm the amount and timeline with you in chat before you pay. Any customs duties or import taxes are paid by the buyer.

How I pack your artwork

Charcoal and soft pastel are delicate: the surface is fine powder and can smudge if anything rubs against it. So:

• Charcoal and pastel pieces are sprayed with fixative and covered with a sheet of glassine (a smooth, acid-free paper that won’t stick to the surface).
• They’re packed flat between rigid boards, never rolled.
• Acrylic canvases are wrapped in bubble wrap, given corner protectors and packed in a sturdy box.
• Even with fixative, please handle charcoal and pastel gently and don’t touch the surface.

Framing

Originals ship unframed. Framing is available on request, at extra cost; just ask. If you frame a charcoal or pastel piece yourself, ask your framer for a mount (mat) or spacers so the glass never touches the artwork.

If something goes wrong

I recommend recording a video while you unbox your parcel. If it arrives damaged, please see my refunds and cancellations page. You’ll need to let me know within 48 hours of delivery, with photos.
